Responsibilities
- Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
- Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance
- Control budget and report on expenditure
- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

He is tasked with making executive technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with the vision for its technological needs.
He works directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.
He had qualified Masters in computer application graduate and also perform effective risk management and plan the organization's technical strategy. he's a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively manages the technology trends.
He as a CTO is well-versed in all aspects of technology ranging from simple Budgeting, agreements, regulatory compliances, legal issues, broad investment, Networking primary and secondary, infra, applications, ERP, POS, security, aggregator platforms, hardware and software, auditing, tech-savvy with hands-on SAP module implementation, having high level of understanding business /numbers/analytics.
His goal is to protect the company's sustainable growth by the right technological agenda. He is part of creating and execution of the business plan for the next three/five years, responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.
